I would thoroughly recommend Andrew Stevens as letting agents. Me and my mum rented our previous property for 2.5 years through this agency, with Cos and Angelo managing it throughout, and i can only recommend their work. Everyone in the team is very responsive and look after their properties to a very high standard. All queries were always addressed promptly. I can only recall few minor maintenance works to be done while I was there because the properties are so very well looked after. Also, all annual gas checks were always pre-booked and done on time without us having to chase it up. As I

My experience in working with Andrew Stevens has been exemplary, the advice and support they have given me through the process of renting my first property kept me feeling assured that I was in safe and very professional hands. They listened to my expectations and did nothing but deliver, so much much so that after 3 workings days of taking on my property and marketing it, they had found suitable tenants that within 5 days had passed all the relevant checks and a move date was secured. I can't thank enough all the team for all their support and making what seemed like a very daunting task go seamlessly

Excellent service. Recently sold a property through Andrew Stevens (dealt with Angelo). Well marketed, created lots of interest which resulted in a healthy amount of viewings which were conducted by Angelo as the property was empty who kept me fully informed of events. This concluded in a smooth & successful sale which achieved very close to the agreed realistic valuation in a relatively short space of time. I would definitely recommend Andrew Stevens estate agents in Bush Hill Park.
