Unprofessional and off hand telephone reception! Just attempted to book several procedures for a couple of weeks time. Simply told theyre busy on the day I suggested - not offered any alternative dates or times and conversation ended. Bizarre way to run a business

Worst salon I have ever experienced. Looks nice and shiny but poor standards of customer service and some technicians need some serious training. Management response poor. I was given a refund for the sub standard work but then the manager rang and asked me to change my appointment to the person who had actually damaged my nails , despite being reassured I was in with another person who had left. Had to go to another salon as unable to offer me another appointment and found underneath the polish my nails were in a mess. Nightmare.

Me and my daughter went for our nails doing today with Kirsty and they are amazing we both love them, my daughter is only 6 so could only have the basic polish, i hadnt booked for hers doing but Kirsty made sure she could fit her in and that made her feel special. Love my nails, will deff be returning.
