I've called every day for 2 weeks, left an answerphone message, sent an email. No response at all! I'm trying so hard because this place comes highly recommended to me so it feels like a safe option but it's a shame no one can even be bothered to tell me they can't take me right now.

I've contacted them 3 times with no response. I phoned them and left a voicemail along with using the contact us form on the website twice and heard nothing. Absolutely shocking service, don't bother trying.

Rang Monday morning - no one there.
Got a callback early afternoon. Was told that the person I needed to see would ring me within a couple of hours. Now Wednesday morning and nothing so far. Really unprofessional and leaves me with no confidence in them.
