Got my first gel nails at Cobalt. Yang was very very friendly and good at delicate jobs! Other staffs were also very welcoming, making you feel very comfortable during the treatment. I love this place! I find all the staff very professional and friendly, and they do a fantastic job at manicures/pedicures/massages and even waxing.
