Stayed for a long weekend. Booked a small double room which turned out to be on the ground floor overlooking the road. Could hear traffic noise until late evening but that wasn't a problem for us. Room was very clean with crisp, white bed linen. We had a comfortable bed, shower, toilet, wash basin, tea/coffee making facilities and flat screen tv. Didn't really need anything else! Room was serviced daily. Only a very small cupboard/wardrobe but, again, this wasn't a problem for us as we were only staying for a few days and didn't have many clothes to hang up! Staff were all very helpful and friendly

It was everything you need to enjoy your holiday, lovely friendly staff lovely clean room and what a breakfast and an amazing choice for what ever you fancy we wanted to stop one more night no problem there they realy looked after you are we going again you bet we are.

The Sandcliff is right on the beach and in prime location for a weekend away in North Norfolk. We came with the doggie and were happy to find that the guesthouse is dog friendly. We had a double en-suite room which was clean. The shower was electric and not that powerful. Beds were a bit hard and room was lacking some basic amenities such as coat hooks, toothpaste, shower gel. The room and hotel was overall a bit more dated than shown online. However, for the price it was worth it.

Last minute booking with a sea view and easy walk into town. Room was large, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was included with a good choice.The outside looks a little run down and there is a lack of packing ( about 7 parking bays for 29 rooms) hence 4 stars.
