Ark are amazing. 100% would never use any other garage. Can not recommend their services enough. Professional, reliable and always fix the issue perfectly. The service I had today was above & beyond any regular garage would do, hence why taking the time to review. Thank you Ark! Happy Christmas :)

If everything is perfect in your car then they might not like the colour of your car to fail the MOT. Man on reception is ever so lazy, wouldn't bother to come outside to let you know your MOT is done at covid time. Other then that... it's a 1 Star.

This is a friendly and professional garage. With a major service and MOT the vehicle was collected. Not only did they come to collect it, they even came the day before to check the arrangements were ok with me first. The MOT identified an issue with the vehicle that was Advisory, but the phone call was anything but pushy. They were informative, factual and put something on the table to solve it. I decided not to do it yet (the car is barely moving in the pandemic) and they didn't try to push it at all, which was very refreshing. The paperwork was all in order and well presented when they dropped
