The entire process from booking to delivery was seamless despite us changing requirement (suddenly adding storage) and moving dates. The Move On Removals team has been a delight to work with from office staff to actual removal team. Going the extra mile on all levels. These guys were fantastic. We had a really last minute move, exchanging the day before completion and were really stressed. Jo put us at ease and sorted us with 2 vehicles and 3 guys the day before we moved and they were rapid and professional as well as being friendly and trustworthy. I would totally recommend them.

Fantastic experience. Every single person I dealt with throughout the entire process was genuine, professional, and lovely. I've never had a removals company take so much care over the job - they even have a cover for the front door to prevent any scratches or scrapes. Highly recommend - I won't be using anyone else next time I move!

Moving a baby grand piano isn't easy but Move On Removals did a brilliant job. Staff were friendly, worked efficiently and had the expertise and equipment to make the removal look easy. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
