UPDATE: THE REPLY TO THIS REVIEW IS A HUGE LIE. THERES NO WAY TO REPLY TO THEIR WAFFLE SO IVE ADDED IT HERE. I arranged to view the property, but when I got there, spending 3 hours travel time, I was given reasons why I couldnt have it. The agent felt a bit like the smiling assassin, as his smile wasnt there to help me. He gave me a application form, it each step of the way, I was told I didnt achieve what they were looking for. I had a guarantor, but even though my guarantor owns many businesses and properties, I still wasnt good enough. He didnt offer to help me in anyway,

Really have been impressed with Sam and the team at Simply Lettings. Extremely responsive, friendly but professional and have even responded to calls/queries outside of the usual 9-5 mentality. Very thorough when signing contracts / tenancy agreements and also explain the process really clearly. Everything turned out as they had explained so there no surprises. Fantastic lettings agency. I had been overwhelmingly stressed with a job change and looking for properties to rent, Simply Lettings genuinely came to my rescue. I love the look of their properties so I was glad to see a flat come up that is perfect for me. Pedro was lovely and so helpful at the viewing. Carly was excellent, quick to respond to my emails and questions throughout the application process. Pedro is an absolute delight, he is very personable and friendly and made the viewing really relaxed. Once I went ahead with the move Carly took over and was equally brilliant, she was very quick at responding to any queries and made sure she was on top of everything to get me into my new rented property on the date agreed. All in all I would 100percent recommend simply lettings and use their services again :)
