I decided to try Babu's Clothing again. My first experience of them a month ago was one-star and I was very frustrated with their service and customer care. There has been a vast improvement in service from them since my first order a month ago. I have had emails to confirm my order and to let me know its status. Also, I had two calls from the shop, the first to ensure that I knew about the order would be delivered on time or after a few days, and the second to let me know that my order was ready to post. I have one reservation. The lady who calls does not speak very good English. This isn't

They seemed like a scam to me but I just learned that they just dont reply to messages or calls and they definitely DONT give a tracking number or any Information about to your order. So it just seems like nothing is coming and that they took your money. But I actually received my clothes in a weeks time because I ordered from the fast delivery section. And they look exactly like the picture. So 2 stars for Babus horrible service.
