Wouldn't of rated any stars. Placed the order 3 weeks ago, and had no contact after numerous emails, even contacted the owner direct, who proceeded to block me. Am in the process of retrieving the money back, luckily it was through a 3rd party. Disgusting customer service, I emailed the shop concerning personalisation issues online and she responded very promptly. But doesn't seem to want to respond when its concerning actually getting the goods ordered.

Ordered a item, from these people as a birthday present exactly a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I'm very annoyed due the amount this cost me and for it not to be sent for the time I was told. Would not recommend this company due to no responses for emails about arrival of product.

Took my money end of April and STILL no item or refund. I had 5 separate conversations with these people all through Instagram (and only once I commented on their posts every single time!) as they ignore emails and direct messages. Promised items were going to be sent 3 different times then refund was discussed twice after this. Absolute joke, take parents hard earned money to just rob them. Seen a couple of other reviews stating the same.

Love the bits I buy from here, but every time I have to chase them for delivery, been shopping here for 3 years. Last time I order from you!! Again 2 weeks and no delivery or tracking information. Even had to go PayPal 18 months ago.

I have bought from MKQ numerous times - Halloween PJs, personalised water bottles for school, wonderful hoodies made specially for us when we went to Disney Land, to name a few! Every item has been excellent quality, loved by my children and the service has been fantastic. I highly recommend MKQ to anyone with children!

I have used this company for a couple of years now. The products are unique, fantastic quality and at an unbeatable price! The personalisation they offer adds that extra special touch to any of the items. They are always delivered before scheduled and I can honestly say I have never been any less than amazed at anything I have bought! Will never go elsewhere!!
