An absolutely unprofessional, useless jewellers , broke my Tiffany bracelet in pieces, couldnt replace a simple link! Needed to change all chain, and the chain is bad quality and attached very untidy! And the sizing of the bracelet is huge now, still cant wear it ! So need to use another jewellers ! And they still charge me for this! So disappointed, absolutely not recommend this place for anything

Excellent. Bought my watch in for adjustment to the link chain strap. The service was quick, informative and very reasonably priced. I was going to try the adjustment myself after watching several utube videos but for 6 it just wasn't worth the effort and the risk of damage. If it needs further adjustment it will be free!

Needed a watch strap shortening for my wife and battery replacement for my watch, done on the spot and very reasonable price. Will use again, well recommended.

I have had an excellent experience with Wearne & Son and would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for jewellery with a distinctly Cornish touch. I live in the USA and purchased a gold ring from Wearne and son. The US postal service being what it is managed to lose the ring. However, Emma at Wearne was absolutely excellent - first in trying to track the darned thing down and eventually in working with us to get a replacement in time for the wedding.
