Amazing. I badly needed a plumber for an elderly friend with dementia whose only toilet cistern wasn't working. They came the same day and spent ages after making it work trying to correct the slow water flow. They didn't demand payment up front and phoned prior to arriving. I found them on Trustatrader. Highly recommend.
