We called Blueman plumbing tonight (Christmas Day) after our heating stopped working. Had no expectation that we would get through to anyone but got a call straight back and was given advice and guidance over the phone that enabled us to get the heating working again. Fantastic, friendly service with a genuine interest in helping people. Will definitely use them again.

What a star Ali is. He was willing to come round within a few hours for an emergency we had with our boiler, which he then managed to resolve over the phone. I will definitely use Blueman in the future.

Ali provided excellent service and advice to us, when our boiler unexpectedly stopped working on a Saturday morning. He was able to come out to the house immediately, identify the problem and was extremely proactive in contacting both the national gas emergency helpline and British Gas on our behalf; after identifying a fault with the external BG smart meter. We will definitely use Ali again.
