Our property features four 4* rated holiday cottages, three self-contained courtyard rooms, and a secluded Caravan Club Certificated Location site. The cottages, converted from 18th and 19th-century farm buildings, retain original architectural features while providing contemporary amenities.Our courtyard layout ensures easy access between accommodations, making us ideal for large groups or multi-generational families. Holiday Cottages
Our four 4* rated cottages provide spacious accommodation with modern amenities. Converted from historic farm buildings, they feature fully equipped kitchens, private patios, and pet-friendly policies. The single-storey Nursery cottage offers accessible facilities, while larger properties sleep up to four guests in comfort.
Courtyard Rooms
Three self-contained courtyard rooms offer convenient accommodation for 1-2 night stays. Each room features a double bed, ensuite shower, and private entrance. Guests receive continental breakfast options while enjoying proximity to other accommodations for group bookings.
Caravan Site
Our Caravan Club Certificated Location site provides five spacious pitches with electric hook-ups. Facilities include shared water supply, toilet and shower blocks, and laundry access. Pet-friendly environment allows up to three dogs per pitch in a quiet, off-road setting.
Breakfast Provision
Courtyard room guests enjoy a continental self-service breakfast with hot beverage options. Available as an add-on service, this provides convenient morning dining with fresh provisions. Kitchen facilities in cottages allow self-catering flexibility.

Questions
What check-in and check-out times do you have?
Standard check-in is 4:00pm-7:00pm, with check-out at 10:00am. Early check-in from 2:00pm available for CL site guests (fees apply).
Can I bring my pet to Meals Farm?
Pet-friendly accommodation is available - 1 small dog allowed in cottages, but not permitted in courtyard rooms. Caravan pitches welcome up to 3 dogs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BACs transfers (Sort Code: 30-97-95, Account Number: 43372968) and card payments (with additional fees). Payment links available on request.
What is your cancellation policy?
25% non-refundable deposit required. Full balance due 6 weeks before arrival for cottages, 1 week for rooms. Cancellations within these periods incur 100% charge.
Are your cottages accessible for guests with mobility needs?
The Nursery cottage offers single-storey accessible accommodation with ramp access and wet room facilities designed for guests with mobility issues.

Lovely place,one thing not really a fault but no instructions to find switches for shower and cooker after much looking we found them,an idea would be to put little note in folder saying where they are, otherwise ok as due to covid Linda is great ,willing to answer questions but with all the covid restrictions etc she is busy so don't feel like bothering her over small things like switches .

We enjoyed our stay. It was about 1mile from the DonnaNook car park.(No Seals at this time but we will come back in November for them)
Our room with an en suite was comfortable, although our first impression was that it was smaller than expected. There is a kettle & tea things, hairdryer and a TV. The Breakfast room is separate, with Cereals, fruit,yogurt, juice,toast and Tea. Because of Covid, you have a time slot for breakfast. The Owner was very informative, kind and helpful. Next time we will try a self catering Cottage.

Had a lovely couple of nights at this beautiful B&B, the gardens and views outside are amazing, the room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The hosts are great, really nice people. I would definitely stay again and will recommend it to friends and family.
