We booked accommodation at 44 Thornes House, London. When we reached the property there was no one to hand over the keys and we have to wait for three hours. When we entered the flat it was not cleaned properly. On the following day electricity went for more than one day, Residential Land did not pay the pill (That's what I got to know from Reception, but RL claiming there was meter change). On one morning there was a very bad smell coming from WC. They are still holding one day charge. The reception staff over the phone is very rude.

We have rented Luke House for almost 5 months and we have never regretted it. The place was strategically located in the center of Westminster. There are 3 tube stations within 10 min walk and bus stations right outside. Just a few min walk to Westminster abbey. Thanks a lot to building manager Gary who has been a tremendous help to us. He is patient to listen to our needs despite he is very busy. I think he is an excellent building manager.

ResidentialLand took over as landlord about midway through our last tenancy. The improvement compared to the previous owner and agency was significant. We are grateful to Gary in particular for being responsive and professional at all times and I will be looking to rent from the same landlord in the future.

Great, modern apartments in the middle of centre Victoria with great service and building manager is super nice and easy to contact. Truly enjoyed our stay in the one-bedroom flat which was spacious and clean, very high standard for a London flat!
