Conveniently located. Very comfortable and clean. Couldn't hear the bar next door from the room we stayed in. Excellent value for money. Will return.

Good hotel, staff friendly and Ros are nice and clean. Nightclub/pub next door is noisy but kicks out about 1am so not too bad and the bed was a little lumpy but perfectly easy to sleep on. Great location and easy to get to and from

Excellent location , it's a hotel with a very nice atmosphere , your room is equipped with gaming console and arcade gaming table . Very good customer service . It's located near the three sisters pub , so expect a very lively weekend . If you're visiting Edinburgh for tourism and wanted something "different" for your stay it's a great choice . Excellent rooms and very cozy beds.

Great for younger folks, on Cowgate a great location a quick walk up to Greyfriars and the mile. Busy nightlife at club next door, possibly not for more quiet people or with young kids. The decor was awesome and the staff were helpful and friendly!

The room was good, breakfast was awesome, but the pub next door was just incredibly loud. One night it was completely impossible to sleep, as the noise rang out to our room like we were just inside the bar. They do not warn that there are parties that go very late and are very loud
