Gone downhill. We have been customers since 1994 when the shop was in union st. Mr Kewell made my engagement ring. When I lost a diamond I took it to them and at the same time had some claws replaced and the ring re sized. It was to be made perfect again! That was in October. In December I was beginning to get worried but then they phoned. I went to get it but it hadnt been resized. Yesterday I went back again to collect it. I noticed that the shank was paper thin and queried this. The man said I swear on my sons life thats how it was before
