Kingsley Healthcare was founded in 1999 by Daya Thayan, our CEO, and his wife Sumi. Starting with one care home in Lowestoft, Suffolk, Kingsley has grown rapidly to become a successful and innovative care provider, employing nearly 2,000 staff and caring for 1,200 residents in 32 homes across the country.
