We offer a variety of memberships and payment options, carefully designed to suit a range of requirements including family, basic and complete. Perfect for people who don't have time to work out regularly, but who like to attend the occasional fitness class, our pay as you go option allows you to do just this.

Join us for gym sessions, lane swimming, group exercise classes and badminton will be returning soon. Please note that all activities will need to be booked in advance. Once you have submitted your booking for any pay and play activity, unless otherwise stated, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or rearranged to another date or time.
