The clinic is good and professional with lovely staff. I felt comfortable and safe and all my questions were answered before I started doing my laser treatment. The process of laser was smooth and each step was explained very well by Sheetal. The results have been great for me, it has helped with ingrown hairs and I am seeing great results! I would recommend the clinic .

Booked an appointment for threading and the staff took in walk ins before me I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment. The lady who did my eyebrows was not light on the hand and was hurting me a lot and I now have a few cuts on one eyebrow as she was not gentle at all. I get my eyebrows threaded regularly but have never been in so much pain than when I came here and will not be going again unfortunately.
