Parkinson Property is an independently owned business that has provided a letting and property management service in Lancaster and Morecambe since 1986, and we currently fully manage over 460 properties. The proprietor Andrew Parkinson is accredited with the government backed Property Ombudsman. This organisations provides protection for both landlords and tenants.

We're proud of our dedicated staff who really care about providing a good service. Four of our employees are landlords themselves, so we really know what landlords expect from a letting agent. Founder and owner of the business. Andrew started letting property in 1986 and has his own portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

When renting a home for the first time, it may seem a little daunting. That's where Parkinson Property is different. We are a friendly, customer orientated business. We're here to help and advise you every step of the way. Viewings will be arranged at times to suit you, including evenings and weekends, and you will always be accompanied by a member of staff, who can give advice and answer any questions you may have.

There are no hidden catches - just clear, competitive, straight forward pricing. Don't hesitate to give us a call if there's anything you'd like to discuss, we're happy to help! Our tenant find fee is J450 including VAT. This will include an initial visit to provide a valuation and take photos of the property, and then place an advert on Rightmove to attract potential tenants.
