Property management

Block management
We manage 38 residential blocks containing over 630 units, handling maintenance contracts, service charge collection, and annual accounting. The estate agent was very polite and helpful, the property we viewed however was very poor and I feel the rent was very high compared to other properties that are advertised for better condition

Property viewing was well arranged and moved in less than 3 day's. The accommodation is in quiet area and enjoy the tranquility. There are ample spaces for car parking.

Absolutely disgusting estate agents! My 9 month pregnant sister lives in one of their properties and has constantly been on their backs regarding the damp within the property which they haven't sorted for over a year now. Not only this, the electrics in the kitchen of the flat as gone, also for the occupant below and when my sister rang about this issue, Parkinsons staff said they are not going to get anyone to sort it because it will cost too much!!! My sister is 1 week away from having her baby, the babies nursery pisses with water when it rains, and now they can't use their kitchen. Disgusting

One of my sons (a local dentist) is trying to rent a property managed by this agent but the experience has so far been terrible. Despite the property he wants being literally round the corner from the agent and empty he has was told that the earliest viewing will be in two weeks! After complaining he has been given another appointment in a weeks time. In the meantime the property which has been on the market for over a month has now been reduced by the landlord.....presumably they must think there is no interest. My son has asked if his interest could be relayed to the landlord and he has even
