I see Beth at the Tao Clinic and she is very professional and friendly as are all the ladies there. I have never had a bad experience or felt uncomfortable, in fact Beth ends up making me feel so at ease I end up trying more treatments that I wouldn't normally have considered! I am complimented on my eyebrow shape often after I have been for a visit and the facials are amazing. I have a job where nail varnish doesn't last long, even shellac ends up lifting or cracking off of certain nails. I explained this to Beth who was sure that she could offer me a shellac polish that would last longer than

Lovely place. I am Very new to waxing but they make me feel comfortable and they are so friendly, any nerves disappear quickly. I can't remember her name but she is the owner, so professional and lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. I will be a frequent visitor!! Amazing customer service and the results speak for themselves!

I came here for a wax, the lady was really lovely and made me feel very comfortable however I will not be going back here again. She did not wear gloves when waxing me and she dipped the stick into the pot multiple times without changing the stick. I have also noticed 2 days later that when she used the hot wax it has actually burned me as she didnt test it before using it on me. Due to the other good reviews I expected a lot better but in future I will be going some place else.

I have been a client of Tao for many years and I have always been treated in a warm an professional way. This well established salon has continually developed its products and invested in innovative products, in its equipment and in the development of its friendly team. I have used many spas and salons over the years and I would rate Tao as one of the most professional I have visited. Whether its 'routine maintenance' (nails brows, facials) or something more specific, such as laser hair removal or eyelash lifts, I would be happy to recommend TAO.
