My first haircut at Vital was by Elen, and she was absolutely fantastic. I'm anxious when going to the hairdressers but Elen made me feel at ease right away. She talked to me about my hair history and what I'd like done to it, and I felt confident that she'd understood my needs. The conditioning head massage was amazing and I had to stop myself falling asleep! The salon is nice and open and clean; staff are all so welcoming and lovely. All this for less than the price I used to pay at my old salon!! They even do a free trim/alteration if you get home and decide you're not quite happy with the

Amazing experience from start to finish! Nick was fab in the initial consultation and booked me in within a week. When I arrived on the day the hospitality was outstanding! I came in asking for my hair to be bleached so I can dye at home, and they offered to dye it for me if I bring the dye in and only charge for the time taken which was customer service above and beyond in my opinion. And they cut my hair at the end, and it's the best haircut I've ever had! Plus the loveliest staff all round you'll ever meet.

Have just had my second appointment at Vital with Nick and again it was the best. From the welcome the best coffer, the attention, the hair wash and head massage, the music and just the whole experience, and the result left me walking on air, I have never had so many compliments on my hair! They are just the best, looking forward to my next appointment

Having not had a haircut since August last year(!!!), I was excited to get my haircut again! It was a pleasant surprise to see the offer of a 'silent' appointment when booking online and I chose this option - I am on the spectrum and although fairly high functioning, I do struggle with 'small talk' generally... add into that the overwhelming noises of others' conversations, music and hairdryers, and it has been a real struggle for me in the past! The closest I've come to a 'silent' appointment before was a savvy hairdresser elsewhere who noticed my uncomfortableness from the off, and so only talked

The best hair salon I've ever been to. I have a lot of anxiety around hairdressers and hair cuts but this salon is welcoming, bright, airy and very relaxing. Also I've gotten some if the best haircuts I've ever had.
