East Briscoe Farm Cottages is a collection of 5 lovely cottages, which can be booked individually for a family holiday or quiet getaway, or as a group to get together with family or friends for a celebration. East Briscoe Farm Cottages has a fantastic leisure facility - The Pool-House, which boasts a 6 seater hot-tub, and an "Endless Pool" swimming pool with current.
There is also a gym area and games room, which has a pool table and tennis table, plus a seating area overlooking our orchard. If you come as a large group, the games room makes a great space to get together, whether for afternoon tea, or to party all night! East Briscoe is an ideal location for all sorts of parties, up to around 20 people'. The pool-house provides a great place to socialise, either relaxing in the hot-tub or pool, or partying the night away in the games room. The accommodation spread between the 5 adjacent cottages means that guests can also get some peace and quiet away from the party if necessary.

Kitchen/Dining Room : About 3.6m x 4.6m. Round dining table and five chairs. The kitchen has been completely re-fitted in 2011. It has a four ring gas hob and electric fan oven with extractor fan, dishwasher and separate fridge and freezer. Bedroom 1 : Fresh white bedlinen, with luxurious throw and cushions give this room a modern country look.

This cottage has staircases and an upstairs bathroom which may make it difficult for people with mobility problems. Pets are not allowed in this cottage. You can toast your toes in front of the open fire in this welcoming 4.5m x 3.5m living room which has views over the garden to the farmland beyond.

Our warm and cosy cottages are a great place to snuggle down and relax at any time of year. The estate is a fantastic place to explore. Each cottage has it's own patio area which leads to the large, safe lawn. A separate field is home to the children's play area and the wider estate has woods, a river and a waterfall to explore.
