Recently moved to area and came across this dentist. No one likes going to the dentist but have to say I was really impressed! They sorted my toothache out without the ridiculous bill. Its a pretty busy place but they accommodated me quite quickly! Will definitely return for a routine check soon!

I got told 3 months ago when I was in a lot of pain that the next available appointment would be on the 18th October. Had antibiotics in my tooth for the meantime by another dentist. I tried to make another appointment and got told to wait 4 months, after a long pause! They are money hungry and the receptionist is rude. I noticed the last time I was there they were all sniggering at an old man as he didn't know what benefits he received and couldn't fill out the exemption form.

Unfriendly reception, and the dental check was quick and useless. They were more interested in booking the next check than dealing with the appointment at hand. Will not recommend!

I wish I could choose zero stars, the worst surgery and the worst service you could ever see, I was in deep most painful toothache I ever experienced in my life, I needed an urgent appointment they refused to see me and they said I should tolerate this pain until they could see me in few days unless I wish to pay then a slot will be available immediately, I chose to pay of course because my pain was unbearable. Ive never seen such greed!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Acton Vale Dentists. As a new patient, Ms Vera Ivancevic was very helpful on the phone in helping me get an appointment quickly, and she answered my questions fully. On the date of my appointment, my hygienist was Miss Stephanie Balfour. She was fast yet thorough. My clearning was virtually pain free with minimal discomfort. Miss Balfour also offered some helpful recommendations. I highly recommend this practice.
