What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 3pm to 8pm, with check-out by 10am. Early or late arrangements can be made by prior agreement.
Is breakfast included?
We operate on a room-only basis, but guests receive a special rate at the Lookout on the Pier restaurant for breakfast.
Can I park at the guest house?
Scarborough has limited Old Town parking. We provide permits for nearby zones at a small additional cost if arranged at booking.
Are there family-friendly rooms?
Yes, we offer family rooms sleeping up to five guests, including the Georgian Panelled Room and garden-view accommodations with mini-fridges.

Absolutely lovely guest house. Owners very chatty and friendly, and have the most beautiful dog too. We were Made to feel welcome from start to finish. Breakfast was lovely each morning, and the rooms clean, bright, and homely. We had a mini fridge which was great to keep some milk and juice cold
Although you cant park outside the actual guest house, we were given a residents permit to allow us to park easily on the neighbouring streets.
100% we will stay again. Thank you for a lovely few days

Beautifully clean room, close to the seafront. Excellent full English breakfast. Claire, Steve and not forgetting Ben all made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Would highly recommend, will definitely be back. We may even see Colin next time!

Welcoming, different types of customer (not typecast), friendly environment if desired and more formal if not. Need to be tolerant of large dogs! Just one (huge) dog might be off-putting to some.Tastefully designed interior.

Fantastic place to stay we was there for 5 nights Steve and Claire (the owners ) were fantastic hosts great breakfast great location close to harbour room was clean with a very comfy bed . Would we stay here again ohh yes!!!!
