Totally unreliable taxi service. I did book one day before for next day lift at 5:30 am, they sent message at 5::28 apologisig that they can't send me a taxi driver because their system is down.. whaaaaat.. that is not true at all. I forced to pay 5 times the money to get to my appointment at right time

Booked a taxi in advance. They did not assign a driver and did not tell me they had none available. Did not call me and let me know there was no driver. Meant I waited 30 mins in the cold and missed my train

Awful service we pre booked a 5 seater taxi for Coventry train station in the morning for that evening, double checked it would be a 5 seater that could also take our luggage too! Car was 25 minutes late, after us phoning 20 min later we were told he was 3 min away ! 15 minutes later a 4 seater turns up!!! Great ended up having to take our car & park it in the station now for 4 days!!! Thanks for nothing will be back to using Uber from now! Shocking way to run a business and when we phoned to ask what went wrong the arrogant bloke put the phone straight down!!!
