I think there great service and friendly but they need to keep drivers that know the direction and they should came on time when customers book in advance instead of coming 15mins late but there better than abc taxis.

Booked a taxi for 2:00 pm. Called at 2:05pm asking for an update. Was told the taxi was not booked. During the first call, we gave the address and destination, the number of passengers and even asked the price and confirmed the time. Complete waste of time.

We had a special request to transport large suitcases. They drove a day before to check and ensure the correct vehicle is dispatched on the day of journey. On subsequent communication found that there was an error in our booking, but they kindly transported us even without letting us know. We are very grateful for the service and would highly recommend.

Man on the phone has no clue about leicester, kept me on hold for 6 minutes and I had to google a postcode for him to be told 3 words which were /no taxis available/!! complete waste of time...operators customer service and level of english was beyond words that a dictionary would struggle to retain. never again. Friendly advice to others! If you want to speak to an Indian call centre this is the best place to call

Absolute shambles, tried booking taxi for 1.30 today, no show so rang them only to be put on hold for 10 minutes and then cut off! rang off different number only to be shouted at by the operator and cut off again! Avoid at all costs useless!!!
