Very poor. Sent email regarding issues with the apartment that my daughter and her 1yr old son moved into. Which was supposed to be dealt with before moving in and not done so. Never got a response

Harris Real Estates has always been very helpful! Even when we had issues in the property, they have been professional and resolved the issues for us. Special thanks for David Harris, who helped us with a recent drainage issue we had. For the last 3+ years we have been happy tenants!

I rented a property from Harris Real Estates for just under two years and it was a joy from the start to the end of the tenancy. Each member of the team was friendly, very helpful and professional. Whenever there was any issue that needed sorting at the house they responded promptly and the matter was fixed within days. Upon moving house I received my full deposit back within a week. I think many letting agencies could learn a great deal from Harris Real Estates about how to be efficient, easy to work with and helpful.

Harris Real Estate Services have been brilliant to deal with. We currently live in Australia and for the last 2 -3 years our house has been rented out through them. We have had three new tenants rent our home which David and Julie have managed promptly and perfectly. We couldnt ask for a better service.
