Beware! Ms Taylor may be a good salesperson but her delivery on her promises is poor based on my recent experience dealing with her over the last 12 months. She frequently caused delays (due to her being out in courts for other clients) and unnecessary, in my opinion, costs to me (she did not resolve my formal complaint on this point to my satisfaction, so it is now being investigated by the Legal Society).
