Phoned 3 times to ask for an appointment. Was told appointment would not be for 2 weeks I said that was ok.
An email was sent outlining the problems that were needing the help of a solicitor never ever responded too and even after ringing 3 times never got a call back with appointment. The website says about being caring etc not my experience.

Highly professional and friendly. Very honest and direct approach. Just managed to get wheelchair inside too through back entrance, although tight squeeze it was good we could still attend the establishment. Ramp out back for accessible entry.

We have been using Morlings for a number of years on a Personal and Business level and I really can't say why we have stayed loyal?! The Service is incredibly slow and almost impossible to get a response. The recent case we have been dealing with has lead to 6 emails and 30+ calls since March and still no response! Why am I wasting my time with someone who clearly doesn't value the work!
