What is included in the B & B rate?
Our B & B rate includes en-suite accommodation, a full English breakfast, free WiFi, and parking. Tea/coffee making facilities and premium toiletries are provided in all rooms.
How far are you from Sidmouth town centre?
We're just a 5-minute walk from Sidmouth's shops, restaurants, and seafront. The South West Coastal Path and Connaught Gardens are also within easy walking distance of our property.
Do you accept single guests?
Single guests are welcome, with a single supplement charged for double rooms. We offer flexible accommodation options to suit solo travellers exploring East Devon's attractions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, cheques, and cash payments. Unfortunately, we cannot process credit/debit card transactions at this time. Deposits secure bookings and may be transferred to alternative dates.
Are pets allowed?
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets at The Old Farmhouse. However, our Cider Cottage welcomes assistance dogs with prior arrangement to ensure all guests' comfort and safety.
What are your cancellation policies?
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to alternative dates within the same year, subject to availability. We recommend holiday insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances affecting bookings.
