Room was not clean. Dispite ring to make sure bar food was available and being told it was. On arrival it was not. Bed was very old and uncomfortable very poor for the price we paid. Not impressed

Good sized room. Bathroom clean and modern. Had all the amenities that I needed. Space to store my bike in their facilities room. Breakfast included in the price however, vegan option was poor (tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans and bread only).

Lovely old building, great breakfast & friendly helpful staff. Spacious room with good desk to work at. All was really good but road was v noisy as my room was right by it.

A delightful and quaint hotel in the centre of Taunton. The breakfast was great and the staff helpful. I didn't ask but this hotel is nextdoor to St Georges Church and there are stained glass windows and a style like an old fashioned rectory or manse.

Having stayed before, I had no hesitation in booking a further stay. Always clean and particularly attentive staff. Will certainly book to stay again.
