L&P Mortgages have supported me while I have purchased my first home. Was recommended Sue by a friend of my so got in touch and was put in touch with Andy who is Sues son. Needed a BTL and a Residential, the residential was straight forward and obtained quickly, then this is where the fun started and Andy decided to go with Barclays. I had already spoke to Barclays who told me that I could not afford the BTL based on the fact they count the residential 100% my financial responsibility despite it being with my wife. But Andy insisted they were the ones to go for, I did ask for a provider who could do a remote valuation during covid19. Seven weeks later and many phone
