Meet Caroline - the front of house hands-on boss and also known as 'the one with the pink hair!' Caroline will never cut corners and will always tell it as it is. She likes to laugh a lot and sings for most of the day (which is unfortunate for the rest of the team).
Caroline, who previously worked in corporate hospitality and also managed a hospitality recruitment company threw herself in at the deep end launching Taste Hospitality during the recession of 2008 with everything against her.She was not able to work with clients from 4 or 5 Star hotels or any restaurants with AA Rosettes or Michelin Stars for the first six months due to loyalty to her previous company.
