The service was great from start to finish. Our project got delayed due to lockdown and I changed the specification changed multiple times but despite this the level of service never waivered right through to the tidying up carried out by the window fitter. Great service, great value, great selection of quality products - would highly recommend.

Im writing this 3 months after the installation of 4 windows by Thames Windows so this absolutely isnt a review composed in the heat of the moment after a poor experience. Let me start by saying that the windows themselves are excellent, as was the engagement from Ben during the design phase and Holly throughout. We chose white woodgrain uPVC flush casements to replace our old single glazed wood windows and apart from some condensation build-up theyve been functioning very well. Unfortunately thats where the good experience ends. We were originally told it would be 2-3 days worth
