I have shopped at this jewellers numerous times and all the staff are always very friendly, courteous and try their best to help you, whether it be buying new items, repairs, cleaning etc or just general advice. This is a family jewellers with good old fashioned values.

We actually went in to this shop for an engagement ring. I decided to get my grandmother's ring valued at the same time. A man came down, took one look at it and said 'we wouldn't be interested in that sort of thing' and walked away! Note to Hopper Ltd- talking to potential customers in a rude manner does not a customer make. It's simple really. You're in Boston, not Bond Street - loose the attitude.
