First time vising the dentist in many years and has been a very positive experience. The staff were welcoming, friendly and veyr professional. I was able to book appointments very fast and recieved first class treatment. I will definitely be returning and would urge others who are thinking about booking a dentist appointment to go with this place!

RUDE, NOT WELCOMING AND NOT ALLOWED TO COMPLAIN AT ALL! I booked myself and my husband for hygiene appointment, also booked my husband for new patient dental examination. I asked the gentleman if he can extend my husband's examination appointment for a longer one so he can filling done at the same time. The gentleman said no problem and all booked in. When my husband had his examination appointment, they didn't do examination and only did the filling for him but charged him emergency appointment fee on top of the filling. Perhaps bad timing as the assistant was on maternity leave so i ended up holding the suction during my procedure. I found the dentist lovely at check ups but during procedures became stressed which made me anxious. Attempted a root canal but then said tooth needed to be extracted. I found a specialist dentist who was able to treat the root canal and save the tooth. I wouldn't recommend based on my experience.

The team here are really lovely and take the time to explain everything they're doing. I went for adult braces and Hannah Neve was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, and the team are always quick to respond to any communication. I'm super happy with my new smile!

I had avoided going to the dentist for quite some time due to health anxiety and previous bad experiences. I made Hannah aware of this during my consultation, and she immediately put me at ease. After a thorough check-up, Hannah explained my treatment plan and took the time to reassure and answer all my questions. I was able to book my follow up appointments, and a visit to the hygienist, quickly. All of my procedures have been painless, and I am really pleased with the results.
