Hi,
I recently attended a wedding and have provided feedback. I attended the castle on Wednesday 23rd December 2021 for a wedding; where the venue and food was lovely. However I did not find it user friendly for wheelchairs. The cobbles and gravel meant the wheelchair got stuck and made it very difficult to push. I had to speak to a lady in the castle to find the disabled access since I could not see a sign. After many attempts to push the wheelchair from the car park up the hill to the entrance was difficult, so in the end we had to put my mother back in the car and drive close to the entrance

I was a guest at a wedding. The canaps that were served after the ceremony and the wedding breakfast were delicious and so was the wine. The staff were pleasant.

It was a beautiful place for a wedding but it was very cold in the room where we had the ceremony and the meal. Really lovely atmosphere otherwise. Staff were really helpful and friendly. A great choice for such an occasion.

My brother in law got married here and it was amazing, the staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. Drinks were reasonably priced. The disco room downstairs was really cool, with the dance floor all lit up. Couldn't fault anything
