Left my car with this lot to have new tyres fitted all round. Picked car up and noticed damage to two of the alloys. I spoke with Bob the owner who took a look at the damage. He declared that it was old damage and was going to nothing about it. Thats it! My word against his! I could kick myself for not photographing the wheels before I dropped the car off which I would normally do. This bloke Bob has an integrity issue and is not to be trusted. If you use this garage make sure you take pics and walk around the car with the bloke who cannot be trusted. Never again!!

Really good at getting me in for MOT and 2 new tyres the next day. I dropped my car off and was told it would be ready in about 1hr 30. After 2 hours I heard nothing from them and returned to find the car sitting there with same old tyres on. It had failed the MOT on 1 light not adjusting when rear weighted (towing or heavy passengers in back), even though the mechanism for that is disabled! I then had to wait for the tyres to be changed! I was not happy with them on the day of the MOT. They could have phoned or messaged me. They could also have changed the tyres, but didn't. And they weren't

I took my car in for an MOT in February and it required a new track rod end. They fitted the track rod but did not then track the car. I noticed this of the course of a few weeks because the car started pulling to the left. Upon confronting one of their mechanics, they told me that the car does need to be tracked because the nuts are just tightened up into the same place as before. This is wrong because different manufacturers make track rods at different lengths, everyone should know this. After a discussion they agreed to give me a discount on having the car tracked. My question to the owner was, Can you put a new tyre which I already had on my bike if I bring the wheel and new tyre in?
Owners reply. Nah I aint having that mate, if we dont supply the tyre we aint doing it. I then hung up before he got in to the bull of liability etc. Either they can fit tyres or not. Basically not interested in a job that he couldnt make much on. Very very unprofessional. The few good reviews on here must be from family or friends, or people that have never spoken or had anything to do with him. If you ever use this business and have problems, NEVER ask
