I went in to have a haircut this morning. Vicky cut my hair, she was friendly and professional. I had a lot of hair chopped off, and in the end it was shorter than agreed but I was okay with it. When I went back to the google's website to leave a review I noticed they offer a 20% student discount. I called them in to tell them that I had mentioned to Vicky that I was a student and she had not told me anything about the discount. They then took my telephone number and said they would call me back, they have not called back.

Anita is amazing! I had a keratin treatment which didnt quite take the first time (my hair is ridiculous! Its like a mop!) so she applied a second treatment, entirely without charge, and for the first time EVER, I now have hair I can wash and dry with no frizz! I am over the moon with my hair and have never received such fantastic service. I simply cannot recommend Anita and the team highly enough. If youre in any doubt about where to go for hair dressing in Poole, this is the place!

I took my 13 yr old daughter to have a full restyle. She went from hair she could sit on to a pixie cut. Anita the stylist was phenomenal. She was so caring and attentive and the cut was just amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone of any age. My daughter is on cloud 9 and has said she would not lot anyone else but her cut her hair. Thanks again
