What are your cancellation policies?
50% fee applies for cancellations under 24 hours notice. No-shows incur 100% treatment cost. Booking fees are transferable with 48 hours notice.

Best salon I've ever been too..girls are so kind and caring and spotlessly clean every time...perfect hair with Steph and perfect nails with Jazz Jemma and Carley...prices are great too ...a cuppa and a catch up in a lovely happy place....

The staff are very friendly and welcoming at Completely gorgeous. Carley is very professional and does a brilliant job with my treatments. She always does her best to book me an appointment when she is very busy. I always come away feeling relaxed and refreshed. Would highly recommend
