Our daughter has been at Adage for around 4 years now. Amazing teachers and staff! The courses are very diverse for all ages. Very knowledgeable and friendly teachers. Would very highly recommend!

Started pole here a couple weeks back and I love it! Kelly (pole instructor) is super nice, really knows her stuff and is encouraging :) Im very happy with the progress Ive made in such a short amount of time! The studio is also doing a really good job during this whole COVID situation

Great teachers and friends found here. A range of styles and levels for everyone. It's great for me as i have a flexible job so i can go to classes in the morning, afternoon or evening. I've been here for over 4 years now have met some great people and tried new opportunities to perform and compete.
