Was told I would have my braces on for 1-2 years. 6 years later I still have them on due to the errors of Orthodonists, alongside long appointment waiting times, rude reception staff and a lack of general care for patients.

I was told that my Daughter is going to have her braces removed. Then her appointment was cancelled, because of long term sick of the doctor. Next appointment is scheduled for January! I feel that they do not care. Horrible experience.
