Ealing Dental Specialists is an orthodontic practice where we have a professional team dedicated to providing friendly service and exceptional clinical care to patients. Our aim is to leave patients not only with beautiful straight teeth and perfect smiles, but also with happy memories of the time spent in our care.
Our Specialists will discuss treatment options, to get the best possible outcome and create a smile you can be proud of. Orthodontic treatment is a way of straightening or moving teeth, to improve their appearance and functionality. Whilst most NHS patients are limited to metal braces, our Private brace range includes, Invisalign clear trays, Clarity ceramic/clear braces and Incognito lingual braces.

What is Orthodontics
Report
Orthodontics is a specialised branch of dentistry that aims to diagnose, prevent and treat problems in the alignment of the teeth and jaws. This misalignment of teeth is known as malocclusion. Although malocclusion does not normally affect physical health, it can affect patient confidence. Many patients with malocclusion feel embarrassed to smile, as they do not like the appearance of their teeth.
Iotn
Report
Our team offer NHS treatment to all patients who are younger than 18 years old, provided they demonstrate clinical need for treatment. We assess patients' clinical need for treatment during their initial assessment at our practice by use of the Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need (IOTN). Grade 1 Almost perfect teeth.
Your First Appointment
Report
At your first appointment, it will be necessary to assess your need for orthodontic treatment. After an assessment, if you qualify for NHS treatment, you will be given an appointment to obtain records of your mouth which are normally x-rays and impressions. If you do not qualify, you will be offered the option of independent or private treatment.
