Car was taken to the garage to diagnose a noise from the engine bay. Even though the car had been previously serviced 3 months prior by Sytner Mini they carried out a 170 service replacing what was essentially brand new parts. When the car was collected the noise remained and they claimed "that's how these cars sound". Not convinced by their assessment, the car was taken a week later to a Mini Specialist in Oxford who correctly diagnosed the issue and carried out a repair - the noise has now gone and the car sounds as it should. To cap it all off, they incorrectly re-fitted the skid guard under

My car was leaking water - they solved the problem immediately and even picked up and delivered my car back.
Was so impressed with their workmanship they have now serviced my car and it runs like a dream. Will be taking my car there for an MOT when it's due as their staff are lovely.

As a woman on my own and find it hard to trust garages jim pinks Wallingford is the best place to go they are trustworthy and good prices and Tracey is a lovely lady I will always take my car there and my fathers car too
