Do Not Join. I signed up in error, notified them immediately and received an email that they would issue a credit on my credit card. That was almost two months ago and still have not received any credit. Emailed several times since and did not receive any response. Tried calling, line is always busy. Worst Customer Service and Accounting Department EVER!!!

Don't waste your money. I guess it could have value for people who are retired or a teacher with your summers off. The basic membership isn't available for weekend use, so a majority of us who work monday to friday, have to pay more for that luxury. My fiance purchased this for me as a goft and was unaware of the limitations, so it's been an unfortunate waste of money.

I've had this membership for a few years now, prices have always been great except this year, they've gone up. However, the prices are still better than what the courses are charging, hopefully prices do not go up. Overall, membership and staff are great, very helpful, always friendly and go the extra mile. Highly recommended.

The worst customer service and the shadiest business practices!! If you do manage to actually get ahold of a live human they refuse to let you contact them over email! Weird right? They also refuse to give the name of their superior… you can’t contact or even get a name of the management at this company?! This is the sketchiest thing you’ll ever see! Then after refusing to communicate over email they goad you into getting upset by repeating themselves over and over and over only to finally tell you 20 minutes into the conversation, which you never wanted to have to begin with, that they don’t

I've been a member for many years and absolutely love this membership. Staff & customer service are fantastic, always responsive even after hours mostly via email. This year has been a little challenging getting spots due to the pandemic but myself & my group understand that everyone including those belonging to clubs have had issues. Makes sense, it's a pandemic we can't blame businesses. Hopefully we get back to somewhat normal & clubs have more spots available. Eitherway, this is the best way to save a lot of money.
