It was my mothers 70th birthday we had booked a table at an Italian restaurant. My entire family were meeting us at the restaurant at 7pm . We had booked the taxi 7 hours in advance for 6.30 . We got a phone call at 6.45 saying they will not be able to pick us up untill 7pm . I told them the table was booked for 7 & by 7.30 the restaurant will not have the table available they were very rude and put the phone down ..

The guy told us to pay him up front then tries hiding the cost for the ride by putting his notifications on the screen instead of the payment and then kept trying to say the ride was finished on the app so he could take the whole amount which was definitely overpriced and keep it to himself. I don't know the reg but It was a black audi
