Great people to talk to and always wanting to help. But the drivers say they have turned up or on there way, and they never are. It's been over an hour I was waiting and we had a text saying the car had been dispatched. Never showed up, and the people on the phone did everything they could to help. We just made it to meet our friends before they moved on... but we didn't get any discount on the taxi at all

Pathetic. Booked a cab for 22:00, got a confirmed booking. When it got to that time, had a look on the app and no vehicle had arrived nor on the way. Spent 20 minutes waiting outside in the rain calling them and got nowhere. Such a joke this

Easy to get through by phone, the cab turned up quickly within the time promised, and the driver was very nice. There was a bit of confusion when some other customers jumped into the taxi meant for me, but the driver checked the booking name and explained, thus resolving the issue in friendly manner. Top marks.

Never had a problem with them. I use the app, they are always on time, you can track your car and the payment just comes off your card.

Rang for a taxi to be told it would be 50 minutes. After waiting for 70 minutes we rang to see where the taxi was to be told it would be 10-15 mins. After another 30 minutes we rang back to be told it would be 10-15 minutes. When again the taxi did not arrive (almost 2 hours after ringing them) I rang back again to cancel the taxi as we had booked an Uber and the gentleman I spoke to was very rude and when I tried to explain the situation he hung up on me! Very unprofessional and rude. Do not give them your service as they dont have any respect for the customer, ring an Uber instead!
