The DUAL Premium Memberships is here as a bridge between a regular gym memberships and the commitment of Personal Training. We will provide a 30 minute face to face consultation to go through your personal plan of action with our on site coach. During this consultation we will set your initial fitness goals and find out a little about you so that we can get you started on the right track straight away.

I joined Dual in April and did a weight loss challenge. I was terrified but was the best decision I made. Achieved my goals in the challenge and carried on losing 2 stone in weight and became so much fitter and more toned, reducing my body fat. I love the HIIT classes run by great Personal trainers and have met some great people.
