We had a really positive experience working with Jules and her team at First Step.We had used First Step to manage our property as a rental and had always been happy with their service, so naturally wanted to use them to sell our property. Living in America now presented a few challenges, as well as a 7 time hour difference. However the team at First Step communicated every step of the way and made the whole process as stress free as possible. We would highly recommend.

First Step have always been very responsive, sensitive and supportive of my parents since they moved into their home over 5 years ago. Each member of staff that we communicated with has been professional, polite and helpful. We particularly found the staff sympathetic to my mothers needs when she became a widow and especially during lockdown when they took the time to call on her to see if she needed anything. After being diagnosed with Alzheimers last year, and needing to relocate into a retirement home to be closer to family, First Step really did everything they could to ensure that her
